My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were actually really cozy, clean, and quiet, but slightly smaller than expected. While they had a very heavy smell of moisture, they were comfortable overall. The service was a mixed experience; the staff attempted to fix issues but were unable to, yet they were polite and knowledgeable about the local area. The location was the best thing I can say about this hotel, being very convenient and near the central station in Cannaregio. However, the numerous bridges on the main island made it inconvenient to walk with luggage. Dining options were limited to nibbles. The facilities offered were decent, but with room for improvement.
